    Hickory is a very smart horse. This is the ideal as a project for a intermediate rider/adult amateur horse working with a trainer. Goes in a snaffle all 3 phases and is light in your hand jumping. Rides like a school horse around a stadium course, likes to go but easy to control!! Excellent ground manners makes her easy to handle at home and away. He has been ridden by a 9 yr old for lessons and has been used for camp. 

Hickory has been to one horse trial.  This was his first time to see a full stadium and XC course.  He got more confident with every obstacle.
